About Staci Garcia
Before I ever held a real estate license, I was the person businesses called when things needed to actually work — the systems, the people, the follow-through. That background is the entire foundation of how I coach.
I've sat on both sides of the desk — the one building the systems, and the one who needed them. I've been the Executive Assistant keeping a business afloat behind the scenes, the Director of Productivity paid to find the seven hours a week hiding in someone else's calendar, the Director of Operations responsible for whether the whole machine ran on time, and the CEO who had to answer for all of it.
Then I became a real estate agent — and found every single one of those problems again, just wearing a different name tag. Empowered Business Coaching exists because I refused to solve them the expensive way twice.
A lot of real estate coaching is motivational. Mine is operational. I'm not going to tell you to want it more. I'm going to look at your business the way a director of operations looks at any business — what's the bottleneck, what's the fix, what does it cost, and is there a version of this that costs nothing at all.
That's the whole premise behind the leverage framework I teach: people, systems, content, network, knowledge, and time. Six levers, and not one of them requires you to add a line item to your overhead to pull.
This isn't a coach who found a script. It's a cross-functional background, in order, each role handing something forward to the next.
Calendars, inboxes, follow-through — the unglamorous infrastructure that determines whether anything else works.
Not by adding more hours — by removing the friction that was quietly costing them.
Including the person who built them. A good system runs whether or not you're in the room.
Every decision measured against what it costs and what it returns. That discipline never left.
Production climbing, hours climbing faster, and a real decision to make about how to grow next.
For agents, team leaders, and ops professionals who want the same answer I had to build for myself.
You'll get real frameworks, real templates, and real audits of your actual business — not a one-size-fits-all script. I built my own coaching business the same way I coach: leveraged, systemized, and honest about what's working and what isn't.
"My job isn't to hand you my business and tell you to copy it. It's to hand you the framework and help you build the version that fits yours."
